Club House Rental

Directions and Steps to Rent the Club House

1. Please view the Club House Rental Agreement Form, Rental Options and the Covid Precautions Form
2. Please call Kellie Kassela at 708-417-6874 FIRST to see if the Club House is available that day
3. Once Kellie has approved your rental day, please send signed Club House Rental Agreement, Rental Options (if applicable), Covid Precautions agreement, and separate checks made payable to Promenade Oaks to 767 Monte Sano Drive, Scottsboro AL 35769
3. We have seven 6' diameter round tables and 60 chairs that can be made available, please mention how many you would like to Kellie when you reserve the clubhouse.
